Our most adaptable heat transfer method. These screen-printed plastisol transfers have dye migration blockers and an application temperature of 325°F.

Only one distinct image may be included in art submitted for a single image sheet. A transfer sheet designed to be applied in a single press is what we refer to as a single image. Each design is trimmed to the scale of the artwork you supply to make installation simple.

Sheets with just one image are excellent for:

  •     One-position printing, such as the entire front or back

  •     E-commerce fulfillment

One of the most frequent warning signs raised by our Preflight Team is low artwork resolution, which gives the impression that a design has jagged edges or is pixelated. To avoid such delays in artwork:

Make Your Design Vector

Any worries regarding resolution are eliminated when using vector tools, such as Adobe Illustrator. Using this application to create artwork from scratch is a terrific approach to ensure that your designs print clearly.

Select 300 dpi as the resolution.

Pixels are used to make images in Photoshop and other raster-based software. As many pixels as you can use will help ensure that artwork maintains a sharp edge. A resolution of 300 dpi or greater is what we advise utilizing.

Dimensions

We print your artwork exactly as it appears in the uploaded file. For instance, we will print your graphic at 6" x 8" if you choose a 9" x 12.75" sheet size and upload a 6" x 8" image.

Color Modes

To display the most accurate color value for your design, make sure the color mode is set to CMYK when producing full-color images. Standard CMYK colors just cannot reproduce some of the RGB colors you see on your phone or display, especially the bright, colorful tones. Our Preflight Team may flag an RGB image if you attempt to print it since the conversion to the required CMYK mode may cause your artwork to lose part of its vibrancy.

Colors of light called RGB (Red | Green | Blue) are mixed to produce visuals on a computer display, TV screen, etc.
To produce a full-color image, CMYK (Cyan | Magenta | Yellow | Black) ink colors are combined. When printing, CMYK colors are always utilized.
